FCX Developments are a group of people who are passionate about developing purpose-built rentals (PBR) in walkable, sustainable communities within urban areas throughout Edmonton Area. Each of our proposed project has been intensely researched from the location to zoning laws, construction costs. Purpose built rentals units are a focus of our future growth plans, we are planning on continuing to seek out great locations and suitable projects in the coming years.
