1. Firsts Steps
After we first hear from you we will schedule an initial meeting to discuss the following:
- Whether you wish to buy to live in or invest
- The type and size of home you want
- Your budget
We will present our current inventory to you to see if a recently built home fits your needs. If not we’ll reach out to our vast network of real estate connections to see if other options exist that work for you. We’ll also examine plots of land as sites for future developments.
3. ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR DESIGN
Bring your social media scrapbooks and let’s discuss flooring, fireplaces, mantels, moldings, lighting, counters, cabinets, and more! This is probably the most fun part of the process when we start to turn design fantasy into reality, by picking out those special touches that make your home uniquely yours.
4. BUDGET AND FINANCING
We’ll present you will a detailed breakdown of all costs and fees including quotes and estimates. We’ll also offer financing solutions if you don’t have your own with options for either a draw mortgage or a completion mortgage, connecting you with our team and trusted lending specialists. We’ll determine your fee percentage at the start of the process so you won’t encounter any hidden fees!
Once the financing is arranged we’ll pull all relevant permits and address any zoning requirements for new construction on existing lots if needed.

7. The Finish line
Yipee! Grab your new keys or punch your keypad. Your palace awaits! All the years of saving, dreaming, and planning have come to fruition. Welcome home!
